Product Details

The SN75ALS181NSR is a high-speed, low-power, four-channel differential line transceiver IC from Texas Instruments. The device is designed to support high-speed data transmission in bus-oriented applications over twisted pair and other shielded cable in PC and industrial systems. The SN75ALS181NSR features four non-inverting receiver and driver circuits with parallel enable inputs. It also has low input threshold CMOS logic, high output drive capability and very low propagation delay times to support high-speed data processing in designs. Additionally, the device has advanced functional safety features such as maskable and non-maskable interrupt pins and system diagnostics and protection. The device is rated for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 °C.
