GENERAL DESCRIPTION
STMicroelectronics’ STLC1502 is a high performance VoIP processor
specially targeted for the time effective design of IP-Phones and
analog gateway applications bundled with a comprehensive embedded
software solution.
The main characteristics of the STLC1502 IP processor are as
follows:
• HCMOS7 technology
• Power supply: Core 2.5 V and I/O: 3.3 V
• Industry standard 32-bit RISC microprocessor (ARM7/TDMI core)
• 16-bit, fixed point 120 MIPs DSP (D950)
• Two 10/100 Base-T Ethernet MACs
