The Microchip 24AA02T-I/OT is a 2Kb Serial EEPROM memory IC with an I2C interface. It is available in a small 5-pin SOT-23-5 package and is designed to operate over a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. The device is also available in a SC-74A package.
